Refund policy

 

At Little Tandem, we aim to provide our customers with high-quality products that you'll love. However, we understand that there may be times when you need to return a purchase. Our return and refund policy is detailed below.

Return Policy

1. You can return your product within 30 days of receiving it. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way.
2. If the product you have received is damaged or faulty, you must contact us within 5 days of receiving it at hello@littletandem.com. We will arrange to have the product returned to us and send you a replacement at no charge.
3. After 30 days from receiving your product, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
4. To start a return, you can contact us at hello@littletandem.com. If your return is accepted, we'll send instructions on how and where to send your package.
5. You will be responsible for paying the costs of returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Cancellation Policy

Orders cannot be modified or cancelled for a full refund after 24 hours of the order being placed. If you wish to cancel your order after the grace period, we will refund the amount minus a 20% restocking fee.

Refunds

1. Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase.
2. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.
3. If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 30 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.

Please note that this refund policy only applies to products purchased from Little Tandem and shipped within the continental United States. We do not offer shipping or returns for purchases made outside of the continental United States.
